Paul Menno Jr., DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist passionate about helping patients recover from injuries, prevent future issues, and reach their peak physical performance. He creates personalized treatment plans that restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Paul earned his health and exercise science undergraduate degree from Rowan University and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University. His approach blends hands-on techniques with targeted exercise programs to support patients of all ages and activity levels. Paul has a special passion for shoulder, knee, and ankle rehabilitation, helping patients regain strength and stability after injuries or surgeries.
As a former athlete who scored over 1,000 points in high school basketball and underwent multiple foot surgeries due to sports injuries, Paul personally understands the physical and mental challenges that come with injury recovery and athletic performance. This firsthand experience allows him to relate deeply to athletes and active individuals, guiding them through the rehabilitation process with empathy and expertise.
With a strong passion for athletics-especially tennis and basketball-Paul works closely with active individuals to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and ensure safe, effective recovery. He also prioritizes patient education, empowering his clients to take charge of their health and long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, Paul enjoys playing tennis, spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, and making memories with his family.
Paul Menno Jr. is proud to be part of the Optimal Health team and is excited to help the Egg Harbor Township community move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
