Dr. Rachel Miller is a local resident of Mullica Township and graduate of both Oakcrest High School and Stockton University. Dr. Rachel is Optimal Health's board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy.
During her time at Stockton, Rachel was the captain for her collegiate soccer team as well as ran for the Stockton track and field team. After graduation in May of 2015, Dr. Rachel worked as a physical therapist at Bacharach, until starting the physical therapy program at Optimal Health in July of 2018. Dr. Rachel continues to stay on top of new and developing techniques by attending seminars across the United States, which included Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), McKenzie Method (MDT), Titlist Performance Institute (TPI), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabiliation and BirthFIT.
Dr. Rachel is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Specialist and a BirthFit Professional. She primarily focuses her therapy on functional movements and rehabilitation.
