Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a comprehensive joint training system based on scientific principles.

It is used to improve movement efficiency, strengthen joints, and enhance body control. While other training methods or rehabilitative techniques tend to focus on mobility through passive measures, Functional Range Conditioning aims to achieve mobility by combining flexibility, strength, and control.

FRC utilizes tension and isometrics in order to minimize the neurological safeguards that inhibit mobility in the first place

As well as expanding upon USEABLE ranges of motion, articular resilience (i.e. load bearing capacity), and overall joint health. Functional Range Conditioning can be applied to both the rehabilitation of injured body part(s) and the well body looking to achieve greater levels of strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.
